The Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media marketing strategy, driving engagement across all platforms, and nurturing our digital community. You will enhance our brand's voice and identity while fostering relationships with customers and audiences through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze engagement data and create strategies to adjust campaigns for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven experience with social media analytics tools and tracking metrics.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media.
